  1. Every Patient has the right to receive quality treatment irrespective of the Primary illness, socio-economic status, age, gender, caste, creed, religion, sexual orientation, geographical origin or political affiliations and nationality or manner of Payment.
  2. To privacy and personal dignity during examination and treatment and transport. To be free from any abuse, neglect and harassment.
  3. Every patient and his relative has the right to be informed of their diagnosis, medical condition, treatment and procedure details in a language that he/she understands. To be informed of the risks, benefits and alternatives of the proposed treatment.
  4. Right to confidentiality about their medical condition.
  5. Every patient has the right to receive complete information on the expected cost of treatment. The information should be provided in a proper structured format.
  6. To give informed consent before surgery, anaesthesia, or any other invasive and high risk procedures or treatments.
  7. To be able to voice a complaint, express concerns incase of violation of their rights or any other grievance against the hospital.
  1. To be honest with their doctor and the treating team about their symptoms, family and self medical history, medications and allergies if any.
  2. To treat the doctors, hospital staff, other patients and their relatives with courtesy, respect and dignity.
  3. Abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital.
  4. To pay the hospital bills promptly so that the hospital can fulfil its financial obligations arising from your care.
  5. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the hospital and respect the property of the hospital. 
  6. Avoid talking in loud voices or making loud noises thereby disturbing others.
